Our 6^th Annual Show, ‘Yatra- The Journey’ was a big success thanks to the hard work put in by the students, hours of backstage help from the parents, donations from the sponsors and the encouragement of the audience. More than 80 dancers put up a wonderful showcase of Folk, Semi-Classical and Fusion Dances. In addition we also had a special Music Performance by a group of talented singers. There was a special pre-show feature in the Indian Express – North American Edition dt. May 29, 2009.

Xpressions first public performance was at the Diwali Mela in Paramount’s Great America at Santa Clara, organized by the FIA Bay Area. About 20 dancers and singers took the stage to give an outstanding performance and in the process enrich the audience knowledge on traditional Indian Folk Dances.
